Azul Collective is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Azul Collective is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Because our pillows are handmade in El Salvador, some items may require additional preparation time. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
